11. 11. 2011. The 42nd ERA Conference, held from 11-13.10.2011.
In Almeria, in the southern Spain, brought together all members of the pan-European pedestrian association, which has got nearly 3 million members. Organization of the conference and related events was at the appropriate level and in spare time the participants had the opportunity to visit the old town of Almeria and the National Park Cabo de Gata. Government of Andalusia has provided financial and other support to the 42nd ERA Conference. In the report of the Presidency of the 2011 ERA, the president Lis Nielsen underlined the following important topics: the long-term planning, communications, E-trails, the network of mutual support, regional meetings, E-12, young people, members of the ERA, ERA Foundation, 2011-Eurorando Eurorando Europe, Eurorando Andalusia, Eurorando 2016, the ECO Award, best-top trails in Europe, the Presidency, the working groups and ERA Office in Prague. Marcel Grandjean, the President of the ERA Commission for walking, was saying in the Report of work on: participation in meetings of the Presidency, the current status and future development of ERA, the web-site know-how exchange of ideas, "ECO Award", Regional ERA Meeting in Serbia, the web site "Walking with pleasure". 
11. 12. 2011. The World Day of Mountains - 11th December
on the session held in December 11, 2011 the UN General Assembly made a decision to declare this day as a World Day of Mountains. The previous year was the International Year of Mountains and pointed out the great need for ongoing commitment to the importance of preserving the mountains as well as the whole environment and nature. On behalf of the Mountaineering Association of Montenegro, we congratulate you on this day, with a desire to mark it appropriately, even by a small walk through the park or nature, to breathe fresh air and enjoy nature and the mountain in a way peculiar to us mountaineers. 
22. 10. 2011. Opening of a mountain hut “Za Vratlom”
The mountain hut “Za Vratlom” was officially opened on October 18, 2011 under the project "Hiking and Biking." The opening of the mountain hut was attended by Zeljka Radak Kukavicic, Deputy Minister of Sustainable Development and Tourism, Ralph Mueller Khan, Head of GIZ, Pavle Bandovic, Secretary of MAM, Dusko Avramovic, the president of the MC “Subra”, and his associates. Three years ago in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and Sustainable Development, German Agency for Development and Cooperation (GIZ), the Mountaineering Association of Montenegro and of course the owner – MC “Subra”, this project was developed, initiated by needs of further development of mountain tourism in Montenegro. Thanks to its geographical position, proprietary trading papers, as well as to the fact that hut is situated on the mountaineering transversal Orjen - Lovcen - Rumija, which is very deficient in similar facilities, the building was chosen for reconstruction. 
21. 10. 2011. The Meeting of the Balkan Mountaineering Union was held in Plav
The Mountaineering Association of Montenegro was the host of the regular meeting of the Balkan Mountain Union in Babino polje - Plav from 14th to 16th October 2011., and the organization of the meeting was entrusted to MSC "Hrid" – it prepared accommodation and meals for participants in the eco-village "Hrid" and organized a trip to Hrid lake and to valleys of Grebaje and Ropojane. The delegation from Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Bulgaria, Albania, Turkey, Slovenia and Montenegro were present. On Saturday, a working meeting of BMU was held and PresidentJovica Ugrinovski welcomed those present and informed that the Balkan Mountaineering Union now is registered organization and all Mountaineering Association had received a certified act of registration. On behalf of the MAM ,Sanja Todorovic a member of the Managing Board of MAM addressed to and welcomed the delegations and said that it was a great honor to host meeting of the Balkan Mountaineering Union. 
14. 10. 2011. The Regular Meeting of the Balkan Mountaineering Union in Plav
The Mountaineering Association of Montenegro is a Balkan mountain hosts meeting of the EU. The regular meeting of the BMW and will be held in the Blue (Baba's house) of 14 to 16 of October. Nine delegations will attend the meeting from Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece, Slovenia and Montenegro as the host. On Friday evening the delegation will gather in the beautiful setting of eco - village "Hrid" Babino Polje, and the working meeting of Balkan Mountaineering Union is scheduled for Saturday. 
06.10.2011. MEMBERS OF MC "KANJON DRAGE" -PV POSTED BOX WITH A REGISTER ON LJUBIŠNJA MOUNTAIN
At the top of the mountain Ljubisnja- Dernečište a register box and seal was set on October 1st . Box was set by memebers of MC “Kanjon Drage” - PV. This will rise to the top of this attractive high 2238 m altitude all climbers will be interesting since it will be able to take a souvenir with him in the form of seals and to enroll in the book of the climb. This point is won and the youngest member of the club Filip Loncar 9 years. 
27. 09. 2011. THE DEVELOPMENTAL AND EDUCATIONAL SEMINAR IN ORGANISATION OF SEEOWG AND MAM -IVANOVA KORiTA
The Working Group for South East Europe (SEEOWG) and the Mountaineering Association of Montenegro Development oraganized The developmental and educational seminar from 22th to25th September 2011. The seminar consisted of two initial courses, one for drawing maps for orienteering competitions, and the other for running of orienteering clubs and organizing orienteering competitions. The lecturers were Zoran Milovanović, the President of SEEOWG, Dragan Nikolic from Serbia and Valentin Garkov from Bulgaria. They noted that the conditions for work on Ivan Korita were good and that the seminar was successful, but it is expected from students to use their acquired knowledge in their communities. 
22. 09. 2011. PK "VJEVERICA" ORGANIZES WALKING DAY KOTOR -LOVĆEN KOTOR ON SATURDAY, ON 1ST OCTOBER 2011
Mountaineering Club "Vjeverica" - Kotor organizes Walking day Kotor-Lovcen-Kotor on Saturday, 01.oktobra 2011th The program is divided into several categories: marathon, walking tour Krstac, and recreational tour- Praciste. Gathering and registrationof the members is on 1st October 2011 (Saturday). Place of gathering and departure for all categories is Gurdić - south gate. Time for assembly: - Marathon-Lovćen Kotor Kotor: 6:30 pm - Walking tour Krstac: 7:00 pm - Recreational tour Pračista: 7:30 am The goal for all categories is at the north gate - Tabačina. "Montenegrin market." 
22. 09. 2011. MARKING OF HIKING TRAILS FROM RIKAVACKO LAKE TO THE TOP VILLAS
On Saturday on 24th September 2011 MSC "KOMOVI" will mark the hiking trail from Rikavac lake 1313mnm 2093mnm to the top Villas. On the same day at the top box with seal and workbook for writing will be brought out. This week the climb on this mountain will be organised, according to their official calendar.
